It is good to remember that providing good prosthodontic treatment for edentulous patients is difficult, time-consuming, and rewarding, but in addition to all these, it is fun. One would hope that through the material presented in this book, the dental student will become fully cognizant that an edentulous patient is a sensitive human being who requires and deserves the most thorough, competent and professional dental treatment.
